Map brainstorming sess 5/2/17
	Map levels can be specified to reducing shiny chance for any specific pokemon
		1 / (8192 - this thing)
		so like I'm level 400 I put 300 in zubat's chance and 100 in magikarp
		1 / (8192 - 300) for zubat
		1 / (8192 - 100) for magikarp
		NPC can do this in exchange for lots of that pokemon
- Seems like a cool idea. I still have the NPC dialogue, just waiting for an area to put the NPC in.
		
	Fenced off grass with a guy standing outside for very high map levels for 1 encounter slot area:
		mabye only 1 or 2 pokemon in grass (increased shiny for that particular one) or same encounters with a extra rare
		
	glitch city should appear as the background of the map when you get out of the coords or glitchy tiles
- Not sure about this, somewhat confusing but I don't think it would work anyway because if the pokes aren't random for everyone, it would be common
